ETS2 Logitech G29 Assigned Buttons https://posts.se/logitech-g29-assigned-buttons-ets2/ https://posts.se/logitech-g29-assigned-buttons-ets2/#comments Wed, 14 Jan 2026 05:58:10 +0000 https://posts.se/?p=122385

For optimal use of the Logitech G29 in Euro Truck Simulator 2, it is recommended to configure all core driving functions directly within the game. This includes steering, accelerator, brake, clutch, and gear shifting. Handling these fundamentals in ETS2 ensures accurate input recognition and consistent force feedback behavior.

For more advanced and secondary controls, Logitech G Hub (or Logitech Gaming Software for older systems) should be used. This software allows you to assign complex and contextual commands to the wheel’s buttons and D-pad, significantly expanding functionality without relying on the keyboard. Common examples include indicators, headlights, windshield wipers, cruise control, and profile switching. Using press-and-hold or modifier-based bindings enables multiple actions to be mapped to the same physical button, keeping the control layout efficient and uncluttered.

Many experienced users also map frequently accessed simulation features to the wheel’s auxiliary buttons. Typical bindings include trailer coupling and uncoupling, liftable axles, differential lock, retarder control, and GPS-related functions such as zoom or route advisor toggles. Profile cycling within G Hub can effectively double or even triple the number of available commands, allowing different control sets for driving, maneuvering, or cabin management.

This combined approach—core functions in-game and advanced bindings in G Hub—results in a streamlined, immersive, and highly professional cockpit-style driving experience.

ETS2 FFB Settings for Logitech G29 https://posts.se/ets2-force-feedback-settings-for-logitech-g29/ Wed, 14 Jan 2026 05:58:09 +0000 https://posts.se/?p=124527

First of all, setup G Hub

Unfortunately, G Hub no longer displays all force feedback settings for the G29.

This is a known “issue” after Logitech moved many features to the game instead of the G Hub.

The Logitech G29 is an “older” model and the G Hub only shows:

  • Operating Range (rotation)
  • Sensitivity
  • Centering Spring

Possibly some buttons/lighting settings Full Force Feedback for G29 are controlled entirely from the game — not in G Hub.

The only important thing in G Hub is:

  • Operating Range:
    900°
  • Sensitivity:
    50
  • Centering Spring:
    OFF
  • Centering Strength
    0 %

That’s all you need from G Hub for G29.

ETS2 Logitech G Heavy Equipment Side Panel Assigned Buttons https://posts.se/ets2-logitech-g-heavy-equipment-side-panel-assigned-buttons/ Fri, 02 Jan 2026 06:43:49 +0000 https://posts.se/?p=124649

Information: Each button shows two numbers. This is because the control panel numbering differs from ETS2 assignments. ETS2 starts counting buttons from zero, not one. Therefore, the first number indicates the ETS2 assignment, while the circle shows the control panel number. This distinction helps avoid confusion in setup and configuration.

Here you will find a comprehensive and well-structured overview of which cities are included in each DLC. The information is designed to provide clear and efficient guidance across the game world, helping you quickly locate essential locations and services. In addition to city coverage, the overview also shows where to find key facilities such as truck dealers, garages, truck service centers, recruitment agencies, and other important points of interest.

All data is presented in a clean and intuitive interface with advanced filtering options. These filters allow you to narrow down the information by specific DLCs, cities, or facility types, making it easy to find exactly what you are looking for. This functionality supports better planning when expanding your operations, purchasing vehicles, or managing logistics.
